I wasnt aware that Honey was so acidic. And what is "Sauce"? Just wondering, where did you get the list from?

I converted it from one of the ugly formats that is posted on the web. It is pretty much the same list on all web sites if you google for "ph food list".

All I did to it was to sort the items by their pH.
