Hello all,
i just thought i would warn people of this seller, i have been using them for out sourcing plants for a long time now they would handle my international plant orders when stock levels were low, the seller is called Tom (Thomas Vu), He has had the worst customer service for a long time and i know from being very close with the Miracle fruit tablets suppliers Mberry he has brought them endless complaints because of not dealing with issues with orders and basically taking peoples money and leaving them in the dark.
In this situation i placed 2 separate orders for in total 4 plants...2 orders to two separate locations.
He took my money quickly enough then told me it took 2 weeks for the plants to be treated for international shipment, i kept asking for tracking numbers and would never hear back from him a month down the line both my customers start complaining they've not recieved anything i contact Tom and when i do finally get a response Weeks later, I am told that he will send me a tracking number but he is on Vacation...(not that this should stop the ability to send a tracking number, he seems to have problems doing the most basic of business operations no matter the time or situation) regardless i never got that response with the tracking number...he dragged it out for so long i could not open a dispute on paypal because he led me to believe it had been shipped and he had a tracking for both orders.
Both the customers understandably opened disputes with me and i am left out of pocket of $350 because he could not issue a tracking number, completely unacceptable and now he is not responding at all when i ask for a refund for the orders he could not fulfill.
AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS, this is not me trying to knock off competition this is just my experience as a long term seller who had placed many orders with him...So if he treats a reseller this way who has done business with him over a long period of time, how is he going to treat the customer?
I am disgusted by his behaviour and it is a shame there is sellers like this in the miracle fruit industry, but i am just issuing this as a warning to other sellers and customers stay well clear and stick with sellers who can be trusted and have customer support for you such as my website and other sellers here.
We are happy to state we are now selling New miracle fruit plants through other very reliable sources and can ship internationally and within the United States any quantity and safely to customers with prompt shipping of 2-3 days within the U.S and 6-10 days Internationally.
